At DIMS, Diploma in Food Production & Bakery of Gujarat University is specifically designed for candidates, eager to start their career in the field of baking or food production. The course covers all basic as well as advance learning in both the department’s food production & bakery.

The student will be learning all the required techniques of culinary art under well experienced Chef Faculty. The Faculty will not only demonstrate all the techniques to the students, but all students will also get the opportunity to practice the techniques themselves. During the entire process, the students will be learning the kitchen discipline, kitchen management and other required knowledge. The core purpose of the program is to enable all the students to work independently as perfect Chefs.
